Phakamani College is accredited by CHIETA (accreditation number PHA101), with BEE Level One rating. We have been in Education and Training for the past 10 years. The reason for still being around for such a long time, is that we are committed in providing Training & Development Interventions which enhance the skills and competence of our learners. We proudly believe that we have just begun another decade’s journey at another level, with the commitment of our highly skilled facilitators, assessors and moderators as well as administrators.
We have a very noticeable national footprint, impacting upon Gauteng, KwaZulu/Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, North West.7 Limpopo and Free State. Convincingly so, for the past ten years, Phakamani has trained thousands of learners. A record which brings pride and confidence, as we loudly say that we arrived and we are here to stay.

KEY QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Develop new, adjust or improve training and assessment resources and conduct training and assessments on accredited programmes to suit the customers training needs.
Ensure the quality and standardisation of training and assessments by conducting systems audits and reviews.
Monitor all planned training projects through monthly reporting, operations and performance reviews.
Provide project closure reports for completed projects and obtain feedback from clients.
